Project Description
Sited beneath Crucifix Hill in Floriana, within walking distance from central Valletta, the Old Power Station forms part of the Valletta Waterfront site and once restored will complement the Valletta Waterfront project and the operations at Valletta Cruise Port.
Located in proximity to the cruise passenger terminals and the various outlets within the historical Pinto Stores and the Valletta Waterfront promenade, the redeveloped Old Power Station will further support the revitalisation of the harbour area in line with the national strategy for the regeneration of the Grand Harbour. Boasting panoramic views of the Grand Harbour and the Three Cities, the edifice boasts unique features showcasing the chequered history of this distinctive building.
Submission Details
Interested bidders are invited to collect the project brief from our offices starting from 25th November 2024. Sealed proposals, clearly marked RFP Submission: Power House Project, must be submitted to the address below and deposited in the designated tender box, or sent via email to tender@vallettacruiseport.com by 12:00 pm (noon) on 14th February 2025.
