Project Description
The project aims to continue the ongoing regeneration of the Valletta Waterfront, which has transformed a series of historic, derelict buildings into one of Malta’s premier destinations. This tender is for the construction of a car parking facility and small-scale retail space in an area known as The Atrium, located behind the reconstructed façade of Vaults 7 to 12 at the Valletta Waterfront. The total project area is approximately 1,650 sqm. The design phase is complete, and all relevant MEPA permits are secured.

Interested bidders are invited to collect the tender brief from our offi¬ces starting from Wednesday 26th March 2025. Collection of the tender brief requires a payment of €250. Sealed tenders must be submitted to the following address by 16:00hrs on Friday 30th May 2025.
